This isn't a group for folks who just want to tidy up or plan to age in place. It's for those facing a real transition and want to approach it with intention.

We meet once a month and bring in speakers, share proven processes, and help members make—and execute—a real plan. This isn't a passive information group. It's accountability. It's progress. It's the relief of knowing you're not doing this alone.

We also talk honestly about housing options so you can start imagining what your next chapter might look like—and what feels right for you.

How We Work Together

Membership is $50 per year and includes a discount on Magnolia Move Coordination and Make Ready services if and when you're ready to list.
